All information related to users’ personal data is treated as confidential, in accordance with the applicable laws regarding the protection of personal data. The security of the e-shop is achieved through the following procedures:

Customer Identification:
The identifiers used to recognize the user/customer are two:

A) The Login Code (Username) and

B) The Secret Security Code (Password),

Each time the user/customer enters them, they gain secure access to their personal data. They are given the option to change their Secret Security Code (password) as often as they wish. The only person who has access to this information is the user themselves through the above credentials and they are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality from third parties. In case of loss or leakage, they must notify us; otherwise, we are not responsible for the use of the password by an unauthorized person.

Our e-shop does not disclose or publish users’/customers’ personal data and information in any way. Personal data is used exclusively for the proper execution of transactions.

Securing the Confidentiality of Your Personal Data Transmission:
To ensure the confidentiality of data transmission, the SSL-128bit encryption protocol is used.

Encryption:
From the beginning to the end of the connection (online session) with the e-shop, all information and personal data of the user/customer are encrypted using the SSL 128-bit encryption protocol. Encryption is essentially a way of coding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. Every time a user connects to the e-shop, all communication between the user’s computer and our website is encrypted using a 128-bit key.

Login & Security Codes:
To log in to the e-shop, the user uses two codes: the Login Code (Username) and the Secret Security Code (Password). The e-shop allows the user to change their password as often as desired.

Personal Data – Transaction Privacy:

Users’ information (name, email address, residential address, landline, mobile phone, etc.) and transaction data from the e-shop are considered confidential. By providing their data during transactions, users consent to and accept the forthcoming processing of these personal data for the needs of the smooth and easy transaction between the parties, as well as the transmission of these data to specific recipients who will be employees of the company for the fulfillment of the signed contract.

It is confirmed that only authorized employees have access to transaction information and only when necessary, e.g., for processing orders.

Our company is committed not to disclose customer information and transactions unless there is written authorization from the customer, or required by a court decision or another public authority.
