Mandatory submission of Tax ID and professional details

Evaluation Process

MOUMGIAKMAZ E.E. reserves the right to evaluate each registration application
Additional clarifications or documentation may be requested
The company reserves the right to reject registration applications that do not meet B2B cooperation criteria or are unrelated to the company’s field of activity

User Obligations

Obligation to maintain login credentials confidentiality
Notification of any changes in professional information
Compliance with platform terms of use

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Return Deadline

We accept product returns within ten (10) calendar days from receipt date

Return Acceptance Conditions

Product must be returned in original packaging
Product must be unused
All labels and accompanying documents must be present
For acrylic pieces, protective films must not be removed

Return Process

Contact us before sending the product
Complete the return form
Return shipping costs borne by sender
After product inspection, we will proceed with refund or replacement, as agreed

Exceptions

NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FOR:

Products cut to special dimensions
Products that have undergone any processing at customer’s request
Products with visible signs of use.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Greek Law. The Courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction over any disputes.
