Right of Withdrawal for Distance Purchases

If you are a natural person acting as a consumer (and only in that capacity), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after purchase:

• In the case of a sales contract: you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the goods,
• In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately: you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last good,
• In the case of a contract relating to the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces: you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing through the contact form or by calling our Customer Service Department at the toll-free number from a landline: (+30)2310 538 710. If you use this option, we will send you without delay confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. email).
